Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to pass attendance and background checks and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines according to procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Monitor machines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Record production numbers, machine settings, and quality data.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Support cross-training and other duties as needed.
