Hadrian is hiring a Factory Technician (1st Shift) in California. This entry-level role is the foundation for our manufacturing operations, with thorough on-the-job training across stations in Central Operations to learn how things are made.

You will rotate through Material Prep, Tool Crib, Part-Mark, Shipping & Receiving, and Rework, gaining hands-on practice and learning to follow training procedures. If you’re curious, meticulous, and eager to contribute to aerospace and defense

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand or pneumatic tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Central Operations stations implementing training across multiple steps.
• Prepare materials and cut to size where applicable.
• Operate tools and machines to ensure correct angles and measurements.
• Assist in shipping, receiving and rework as part of the production flow.
