Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Sheboygan Falls, WI. The role supports Production and Facilities Operations with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, CMMS usage, and is able to work 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience using CMMS/CMS systems; PLC knowledge preferred.
Ability to work 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM) with rotational weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Conduct equipment failure analysis and root cause investigations to reduce downtime.
Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase reliability and production efficiency.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS/CMS systems.
