Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a mission-critical medical facility in Toledo, Ohio. You will maintain and repair essential building systems, ensuring safety and reliability in a demanding environment. A stable, clocked schedule supports work-life balance, with a 10-hour shift on the 2nd shift from 2:30 p.m.

to 1 a.m., rotating 3-on/3-off and 2-on/2-off. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and general upkeep while assisting with equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Driver's license required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, painting, light bulb replacement, and fixture cleaning.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
