Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II for a night shift at our Cleveland Campus. You will support a world-class healthcare system with preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting tasks.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience or formal training. Shift is 10:30pm–7:00am Tue–Sat, with weekend/holiday rotations and strong safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in HVAC, general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or mechanical repair OR completion of a formal training program in building repair incl. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or painting OR military experience as Utilitiesman, Builder, Machinists Mate or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures, and systems.
• Perform minor maintenance repair work in electrical, plumbing, HVAS, carpentry, and/or paint.
• Perform utility and structural repairs.
• Document and maintain records of inspection and work performed.
