Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Perform general commercial facilities maintenance including plumbing, light electrical work, and routine upkeep.
• Regularly check facility assets such as doors, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
