Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous facility/maintenance experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills when dealing with patients, families, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily shift activities with Facilities Coordinator or designee.
• Performs electrical repairs, installations and inspections.
• Performs plumbing tasks and boiler room duties.
• Conducts air handling unit inspections and life safety drills.
• Documents all work performed daily and files reports as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and supports department needs.
