Job summary

Clemens Food Group in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Building & Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our second-shift maintenance team. This hands-on role supports plant operations by performing general maintenance, repairs to doors, belts, floors, and electrical components, and upholding safety standards.

Starting pay is $25+ per hour, with shift pay, and a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with hand tools and battery-powered tools.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work both independently and with others.
• Willingness to learn new repair and maintenance tasks.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Performing general facility maintenance and repairs.
• Repairing doors, knobs, and related components.
• Assisting with electrical and mechanical garage‑door repairs within your training and authorization.
• Supporting concrete and epoxy flooring repairs.
• Performing mechanical driveway repairs.
• Repairing or maintaining drive chains and belts.
• Addressing drip pans and drainage‑related maintenance.
• Using hand tools and battery‑powered tools safely.
• Following maintenance instructions and established safety procedures.
• Working with teammates to complete assigned tasks.
