Qualifications

• Read weld symbols and fit parts from blueprints.
• Follow WPS and work instructions.
• Inspect joints and ensure conformance and weld quality.

Responsibilities

• Read weld symbols and correctly fit parts from blueprints.
• Support team leaders by monitoring and reporting information on projects, processes and problems.
• May assist with estimation by providing input on processes and labor requirements.
• Participate in customer visits and site walks.
• Use blue prints, tape measure, and basic math to verify dimensions.
• Inspect parts before fit and ensure proper alignment and cleanliness.
• Weld flat and horizontal GMAW and vertical flux core as required.
• Operate overhead crane and inspect rigging equipment.
• Follow all EHS policies and participate in safety initiatives.
