Job summary

Ultipro is seeking reliable manufacturing personnel to assist with daily production in a pressroom setting in Wisconsin. The role involves loading materials, operating and monitoring production equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining accurate records, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Candidates should have basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read SOPs and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, pressroom, machine operation, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in at least one of: pressroom operations, draw press operation, trim press operation, automated manufacturing equipment, annealing, finish washer operation, grinding/buffing/polishing, material handling, metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Press Operators with daily production activities.
• Assist with the operation and monitoring of production equipment.
• Load and unload materials and work-in-process according to established procedures.
• Inspect, sort, stack, and package finished and partially finished components.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions, operating difficulties, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor or group leader.
• Follow work instructions, product routing, SOPs, and supervisory direction to maintain efficient production.
• Complete required production forms, records, and documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or group leader.
