Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Missouri is seeking a Senior Maintenance technician for the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery, troubleshoot via schematics, and perform hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical modifications.

Lead maintenance staff while maintaining records and ordering parts. The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, a high school diploma or technical certificate, and proficiency with electrical testing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or technical certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow maintenance requests and read/write instructions.
• Analytical skills to evaluate machine/equipment functions.
• Attention to detail during diagnostics and repairs.
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with management.
• Authorized in Lockout/Tagout within probation.
• HiLo license within probation.
• Operate tool room equipment (grinder, Bridgeport, welder).

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment by reading schematics and using testing equipment.
• Perform repairs, installations, and modifications with hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical skills.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Obtain materials from distributors and warehouses.
• Place orders for repair parts or materials.
• Lead and direct other maintenance personnel.
