Southern States LLC is hiring a Fabrication Operator 4 for the 2nd shift (3:30PM-12AM). The role involves operating bending, punching and soldering equipment to manufacture parts per fabrication drawings. Applicants must read blueprints, perform basic measurements, and coordinate with the team leader on methods.

You’ll handle setup, part verification, and post-processing tasks while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and work orders to determine specs.
• Basic math, measurement and gauging skills required.
• Experience with fabrication equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and shop notes for hole locations, bends and tolerances.
• Operate and set up equipment for bending, punching and soldering.
• Assemble parts, rivet and solder; clean welds and prep surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and verify parts meet prints.
