Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Machine Operator for metal fabrication on the 2nd shift. The role supports completing finished parts, reading work orders, and operating fabrication equipment within a team-driven, safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year manufacturing experience, good reading/communication abilities, and comfort using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. The position requires lifting over 50 pounds and rotating to various production tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing/industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and process written communication including work orders and measurements.
• Must be able to rotate to other production positions as needed.
• Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery, measuring tools, etc.
