Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in New Holland. The role focuses on operating extrusion machinery safely, maintaining production flow, and producing quality components for our fencing and railing products.

Candidates should be able to read a tape measure, use precision tools, and work well in a team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with potential overtime, and we offer comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Identify problems and participate in continuous-improvement efforts.
• Assist in other production areas as scheduling needs arise.

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded Extrusion Machine Operator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team. If you’re ready to learn new skills, take on challenges, and grow within a manufacturing environment,
