Superior Outdoor Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in New Holland. The role focuses on operating extrusion machinery safely, maintaining production flow, and producing quality components for our fencing and railing products.

Candidates should be able to read a tape measure, use precision tools, and work well in a team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with potential overtime, and we offer comprehensive

• Safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production flow from raw materials through finished components.
• Measure finished components with precision measuring tools.
• Use saws and other power tools.
• Safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Identify problems and participate in continuous-improvement efforts.
• Assist in other production areas as scheduling needs arise.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
