Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, adjust, start and shut down recycling equipment.
• Operate pulverizers, extrusion, melt-blending and pelletizing equipment.
• Process, batch and stage plastic materials per specs.
• Monitor product quality and make equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers and other material-handling equipment.
• Complete production, quality and equipment documentation.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with training less-experienced operators.

• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule Day Shift: 6:45 AM–7:00 PM Night Shift: 6:45 PM–7:00 AM

• Forklift or skid-steer experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and varying temperatures.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
