Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products Inc. is seeking a dependable Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Lancaster/New Holland area. You will operate extrusion machinery, measure components, and support production flow to deliver quality parts for our fencing and railing products.

We value problem-solving, teamwork, and careful attention to detail. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with potential overtime; training provided, benefits begin after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure and use measuring devices.
• Experience operating extrusion machinery or related production equipment.
• Able to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, team-oriented and willing to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production flow from raw materials to finished components.
• Measure finished components using precision tools.
• Use saws and other power tools as needed.
• Safely operate a forklift in a busy factory environment.
• Identify problems and participate in continuous-improvement efforts.
• Assist in other production areas as scheduling needs arise.

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded Extrusion Machine Operator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team. If you’re ready to learn new skills, take on challenges, and grow within a manufacturing environment,

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Additional overtime may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain the flow of production from raw materials through finished components
• Measure finished components using precision measuring tools
• Use saws and other power tools
• Safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing environment
• Identify problems and participate in continuous-improvement efforts
• Assist in other production areas as scheduling needs arise
• Perform additional duties as assigned
