American Battery Solutions Inc. is seeking an Entry Production Operator for 2nd shift in Springboro, OH. The role assembles battery pack systems following safety rules, work instructions, and quality standards to support efficient production and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and basic problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include learning takt and cycle times, following SOPs, reducing waste, meeting schedules, and supporting weekend/off-shift work

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
• Demonstrates the ability to understand process changes, updates, and related work instructions within work areas.
• Focuses on Quality: Drives work results with a quality focus on actions and results.
• Continual Improvement: Looking for incremental improvements in work processes and results.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Complete all required safety training and maintain PPE requirements.
• Learn takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work for each operation.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for assigned tasks or stations.
• Reduce rework and scrap through understanding quality requirements.
• Participate in safety activities and contribute ideas for 6S or ergonomics.
• Meet schedule, attendance, and punctuality expectations per policy.
• Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as requested and maintain reliable attendance.
