You will assemble ABS battery pack systems by following safety requirements, work instructions, and quality standards, supporting efficient production. Responsibilities include assembling to customer specs, completing safety training, learning takt and cycle times, following SOPs, reducing rework, and participating in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving for troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Focus on quality and continual improvement.
• Willingness to work weekends/offs

Responsibilities

• Assembles products to customer requirements.
• Completes safety training and PPE compliance.
• Learn takt and cycle times, throughput expectations, and standard work.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for tasks or stations.
• Reduce rework and scrap through quality understanding.
• Participates in safety activities and 6S/ergonomics improvements.
• Supports weekend and off shift work as required.
• Adheres to regulations and company policies.
• Performs other duties as requested and maintains reliable attendance.
