American Battery Solutions Inc. (ABS) is seeking an entry-level Production Operator for the 2nd shift at our Springboro, OH facility.

The role involves assembling battery pack systems, following safety requirements, work instructions, and quality standards to support efficient production and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include assembling to customer specs, completing safety training, adapting to takt and cycle times, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving for production issues.
• Ability to understand process changes and work instructions.
• Focus on quality and continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Complete safety training and follow PPE requirements.
• Learn takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for tasks.
• Reduce rework and scrap through quality understanding.
• Participate in safety activities and suggest improvements.
• Support weekend and off shift work as required.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain predictable attendance.
