• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow 5S/TPM practices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic/electro/mechanical CNC machinery and NC testing systems.
• Repair circuit cards using soldering equipment and replace components.
• Read control circuit diagrams and schematics; install new control circuits.
• Construct cables/coaxes for CNC and NC systems; perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Log hours and progress in maintenance tracking system; request repair parts as needed.
