Molex Georgetown, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly production associates and technicians on the 2nd shift, driving safety, quality, and operational excellence in our electronics manufacturing facility.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or production.
• 1+ year in leadership or supervision.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing metrics and production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 2nd shift team focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing/workflow to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor team members for development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
