Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years in manufacturing or production.
• 1+ year in a leadership or supervisor role in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing metrics and production processes.
• Experience with safety and quality standards in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a second-shift team of hourly production staff with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive skill development and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing/workflow to meet targets without compromising quality or safety.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain on process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
