Job summary

Holland Sharpe is seeking an industrial maintenance technician for a full-time 2nd shift in Murfreesboro, TN. You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems across conveyors, cappers, fillers, and related equipment, with 480V 3-phase power and PLCs.

You’ll work with hydraulics and pneumatics, read schematics, use a multimeter, and collaborate with a results-driven team. Pay ranges from $30 to $33 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, motors, pumps and control circuits.
• Ability to work safely with 480V and 3-phase power.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with Keyence Vision or comparable camera systems.
• Team-first mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Keep production assets running across conveyors and packaging lines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in 120/208/240/480V systems and 3-phase motors.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and drive systems (VFDs, servo motors).
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Apply electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with teammates to prioritize work orders and share best practices.
