Paulo-2 in Murfreesboro, TN, seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to install, maintain, repair furnaces, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, piping, refrigeration, and electrical systems across our equipment and buildings. You will read diagrams, sketches, and manuals, log meters, and perform preventive inspections to ensure reliable operation.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and a 2-year technical degree or related experience; forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, piping, instrumentation, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair furnaces, equipment, and buildings.
• Read and log meters and document preventive maintenance inspections.
• Install and move equipment using forklifts and hoists.
• Fabricate tanks, fixtures, and conveyors using welding and fabrication tools.
• Lay out and install piping systems with threading machines and soldering.
• Travel for job-related meetings and training, possibly overnight.
