Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to join our EPG CHD EP Americas division. Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment and plant systems.

The candidate will maintain maintenance logs, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and compliance in a heavy industrial environment. Aberdeen area knowledge is a plus; relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Complete and maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Maintain tools, repair equipment, and clean work areas.
• Communicate equipment and plant status to the team.
• Follow safety requirements and ensure compliance by maintenance personnel.
• Operate lifts and collaborate with Operations to maintain uptime.
