Job summary

ETC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. This 2nd shift role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance across building and manufacturing equipment, with PLC experience a plus. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include preventive/emergency maintenance, lighting, plumbing, and equipment setup. You will work with multiple departments and enter data into SAP.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical work and other maintenance areas.
• Able to operate power and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building and HVAC systems.
• Performs preventive and emergency maintenance on factory equipment.
• Assists with equipment serviced by outside contractors.
• Maintains interior/exterior lighting and fixtures.
• Maintains plumbing systems and outdoor grounds.
• Sets up employee workstations and assists with inspections of sprinkler system.
• Documents tasks in SAP and ensures parts stocked and available.
• Ensures safe work practices and timely completion of jobs.
