Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repair on production equipment, facilities, and support systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules including lubrication and component replacement.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery and facility systems.
• Assist with plumbing repairs and general facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as directed by supervision.
• Support safety programs and hazardous waste handling.
