Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one (1) year of hands‑on experience in manufacturing, military, maintenance, or a related technical field, or completion of an accredited Maintenance Technician certification program.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50 miles) of the work location will be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor work authorization (no CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning machinery, equipment, tools, and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Make necessary adjustments, repairs, and equipment modifications as required.
• Conduct general facility maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and related building repairs.
• Support the operation and maintenance of the in‑house wastewater treatment system.
• Safely operate industrial vehicles and equipment used for material handling, machine relocation, and rigging activities.
• Assist with the installation, setup, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date maintenance records and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all environmental, health, and safety standards.
