Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of industrial electrical, automation, or electromechanical maintenance experience.
• Two years of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience.
• Two years of HMI troubleshooting and support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain, and modify electrical and control systems up to 600V.
• Diagnose and resolve issues for single-phase and three-phase systems.
• Support preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs for equipment.
• Identify upgrades to outdated or unsafe installations.
• Document equipment, power and control systems, schematics, and drawings.
• Support standardization using Allen-Bradley PLCs, drives, and HMIs.
• Perform startups, checkouts, configuration, grounding, and power testing.
• Reload and reboot PLCs after outages or faults.
• Size conductors, install wiring, and support electrical infrastructure projects.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance and installations.
• Provide hardware and software support for engineering and operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, VFDs, servo systems, and networks.
• Use manuals, P&IDs, schematics, and safety docs to diagnose issues.
• Maintain spare parts inventories for control and instrumentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
• Contribute to training programs on controls and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation per change control procedures.
• Direct contractors on large installations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
