Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Electrician Technician to maintain electrical and automation systems within a food manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize industrial electrical equipment to support safe and reliable production.

This role demands 5-10 years of maintenance experience, strong knowledge of PLC/HMI/VFD systems, and adherence to safety standards including LOTO and NFPA codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, controls, and automation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain permits, licenses, and certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Run conduit and piping, pull wire, and complete electrical terminations to specifications.
• Diagnose and repair single-phase and three-phase power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls and automation systems.
• Calibrate, configure, and maintain instrumentation devices and transmitters.
• Read and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo controllers, and related automation systems.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, arc flash, hot work permits.
