Job summary

Switchgear Power Systems in Wisconsin is seeking Production Assembly Technicians (Electrical or Mechanical) for the 2nd shift to build custom electrical power distribution equipment. You will work from assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs, collaborating with a team to ensure safety and quality.

You may be placed in Electrical or Mechanical Assembly based on experience and interests, with a 4-day work week, a $3.00/hour shift differential on the 2nd shift, paid training, PTO, profit

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or related trades preferred but not required.
• Ability to read or learn assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Strong safety ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to overtime and a 4-day work week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom electrical equipment and enclosures.
• Install electrical and mechanical components using drawings.
• Wire control panels according to diagrams and schematics.
• Verify BOMs and perform quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and collaborate with teammates.
