FORCE America Inc. in Brookfield, WI is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for the 2nd shift to assemble, test, and repair electrical harness assemblies. You will use hand and power tools, follow work instructions, and support production teams to meet quality and delivery targets.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures. Experience with basic production processes and ERP transactions is helpful; the job offers comprehensive benefits and a safety-focused

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet customer expectations.
• Detail oriented to provide high quality results.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble fundamental components per work instructions using hand/power tools and equipment.
• Assemble entry-level products to meet quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specs.
• Communicate with appropriate parties regarding expedited orders, quality issues, inventory, etc.
• Participate in implementing process improvements.
• Contribute to safety practices and procedures.
• Maintain an orderly work environment and accurate ERP records.
• Work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
