Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is hiring Electrical Assemblers for the 2nd shift (4pm–12:30am). Assemble electrical kits from inventoried and fabricated components to power our projects.

You will perform light fabrication, read blueprints and BOMs, and collaborate with engineering and production teams. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift 50 lbs, and pass the required pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and bill of materials.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read measuring devices such as tape measures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated to learn and advance.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screen.
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried components & fabricated components.
• Light fabrication work – drilling, forming, wire striping and crimping.
• Material Handling.
• Working with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, & Team Leads.
• Support the installation needs for various electrical equipment.
