Job summary

FORCE America Inc. in Brookfield, WI is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for the 2nd shift. You will assemble, disassemble, and repair electrical harness assemblies using hand and power tools, following detailed work instructions and maintaining quality and safety.

You will also support production, test processes, and ERP documentation. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience; an Associate degree in Mechatronics/Fluid Power is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet customer expectations.
• Detail oriented to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand and power tools per work instructions.
• Assemble entry‑level products meeting quality/quantity standards.
• Communicate about expedited orders, quality issues, and inventory.
• Participate in process improvements and safety practices.
• Maintain orderly work environment and ERP records.
• Team member to achieve goals; perform other duties as assigned.
