Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Technician for the 2nd shift at the Madison plant in Nebraska. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for electrical and control systems within a high-demand manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have an Associate degree in electronic technology or related field, and experience with electrical safety, PLCs, and SAP Plant Maintenance. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education beyond high school in electronic technology or related field preferred.
• Experience with electrical controls and PLC systems is required or preferred.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support across maintenance activities and shift turnover.
• Adhere to safety procedures including lockout/tagout and proper documentation.
