Job summary

All Jobs bv is seeking a Hand Packer in Howard Lake, MN. The role involves safely and accurately packaging eggs in line with company standards and food safety requirements, with strong coordination with Grader Operators to maintain efficient product flow.

General hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will remove eggs from the production line, label and date-pack, dispose of damaged eggs, and keep a clean, GMP-compliant workspace while following PPE guidelines and safety

Qualifications

• Capable of following written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• - Proficient in maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
• - Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• - Adheres to safety and food handling requirements.
• - Maintains focus on GMP and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Remove eggs from the production line and place them into packaging or pallets.
• Identify and dispose of damaged or dirty eggs.
• Apply labels and verify dates for accuracy.
• Communicate with denester and line workers about product flow changes.
• Pack and unpack finished goods as required.
• Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to the lead or manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine cleaning in assigned areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
