All Jobs bv is seeking a Farm Packer to move eggs through the packing line, monitor inventory, and ensure safe handling for storage and shipment. The role supports daily production and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced farm setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, maintaining egg flow, and completing documentation for inventory and shipments, with an emphasis on safety and biosecurity. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour and is based on-site in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a physical, fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Follow procedures and instructions and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working around equipment noise and typical farm conditions.
• Able to operate a pallet jack safely and effectively.
• Able to meet physical demands, including occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing and walking.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Clear communication and good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor packing equipment and supplies to ensure eggs are packed correctly and production runs smoothly.
• Visually watch egg quality for cracks, dirts, and leakers.
• Maintain consistent egg flow throughout the farm packing process.
• Handle eggs carefully to prevent damage when moving product from coolers to loading dock.
• Maintain needed supplies and report inventory needs in a timely manner to leadership.
• Complete required documentation to support accurate inventory and shipments.
• Check and record cooler temperatures to help maintain product quality.
• Clean equipment and work areas daily and set up the area for the next shift.
• Report operating or maintenance issues to leadership as soon as possible.
• Follow all biosecurity procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, using PPE as required.
• Identify and report any conditions that may impact safety, welfare, or production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
