Job summary

Forsman Farms, Inc. seeks a Hand Packer to safely and accurately package eggs in a fast-paced production setting. You will coordinate with Grader Operators to maintain product flow and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include removing eggs from the line, labeling and dating, and ensuring a clean, safe work area. This role emphasizes strict adherence to GMPs and PPE and requires reliable teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Remove eggs from the production line and place them into appropriate packaging or onto pallets.
• Identify, remove, and properly dispose of damaged or dirty eggs.
• Apply correct labels and verify dates to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with denester and line team members regarding product flow changes.
• Pack and unpack finished goods as required.
• Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to the lead or manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine cleaning duties in assigned areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following GMPs, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
