Qualifications

• Four to five years of EDM machining experience preferred.
• Ability to create and edit EDM programs from drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform all EDM machine operations, including setup for short- and long-run work.
• Develop, build, and set up fixtures for complex parts and coordinate with Engineering.
• Create and edit EDM programs from drawings for new or complex parts.
• Troubleshoot EDM performance issues and collaborate with leadership and Quality to implement improvements.
• Verify calibration of measuring instruments and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
