Job summary

Fathom Digital Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Wire EDM Operator for a fast-paced shop environment. You will set up and run wire EDM machines to exact customer specifications, ensuring parts meet quality standards and production schedules.

• Setup and operate CNC holepoppers, Belmont and Titan.
• Maintain quality control of parts being manufactured.
• Deburr and bead-blast as required to prepare parts for shipping.
• Second shift position (1:30pm – 10:00pm, Monday-Friday). Overtime as needed.
• Routine maintenance of machines as required.

Job/Position Summary

This fast‑paced position requires the candidate to have the ability to manufacture components to customer specification using Wire and Small Hole EDM skills. The candidate should be able to work independently with general direction from management or perform tasks when given specific work instructions, allowing success in this environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control of parts being manufactured.
