Job summary

ETE REMAN in Milwaukee seeks a Dyno Packager on 2nd Shift to test transmission units on a dynamometer, ensuring they meet quality standards before shipping. You will operate the dyno, monitor tests, inspect for defects, and help train teammates while upholding ETE Reman’s core values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma; previous dyno experience is a plus.
• Willing to get dirty and work with chemicals.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
• Own hand tools required for work.

Responsibilities

• Operate dyno to test transmission units and pass/fail based on data.
• Ensure correct testing program is used and monitor equipment.
• Identify noises and prepare units for dyno; use overhead crane.
• Inspect units for defects and verify serial numbers.
• Monitor workload and customer shipping orders using computer system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Train new personnel and assist overtime when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and be punctual.
• Follow supervisor directions and communicate issues.
