Job summary

ETE REMAN is the largest independent aftermarket automatic transmission remanufacturer in the United States, based in Milwaukee, WI. We are seeking a 2nd Shift Operator, Level 2 on the Valve Body team to support labor, parts, service and goods within the remanufacturing process.

You will perform a wide variety of duties, follow detailed work instructions, and assist in multiple roles while maintaining safety and quality standards. Overtime may be required to meet daily demands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and follow written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours; willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Examine and clean components for wear, damage or defects; ensure quality standards.
• Assist in various roles within the department and learn equipment.
• Verify and perform quality checks on parts to meet standards.
• Operate equipment, tools and machines (manual, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; attend to spills and debris.
• Collaborate with team members; support others and work overtime when needed.
• Follow directions from supervisors and be proactive and helpful.
