ETE REMAN in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Operator on the Valve Body team. You will perform a wide range of duties to support remanufacturing of transmissions, following detailed work instructions and maintaining quality and efficiency.

Essential functions include reading gauges, mechanical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing 8+ hours daily. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accomplishing daily targets with reliability.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
• Willingness to get dirty and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Read, understand and follow detailed work instructions, processes & procedures, keep an even workflow.
• Examine and clean components for use, wear, and defects, understand quality standards.
