Job summary

ETE REMAN is a leading transmission remanufacturer based in Milwaukee, WI, seeking a Parts & Receiving Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role oversees parts, receiving, and warehousing operations, driving process improvements and coaching staff to maintain high quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

You will partner with 1st shift leadership, operations, and purchasing to meet production needs and ensure inventory accuracy across both departments.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and math skills.
• Proven leadership能力 to supervise a shift team.
• Experience in receiving, warehousing, or parts operations is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work 8+ hours on shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift parts, receiving, and warehousing activities.
• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and controls.
• Coach and train staff; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with 1st shift leadership and other departments.
• Ensure staffing levels meet service goals and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
