Fortune Brands' Global Plumbing Group is seeking a Training Specialist to certify and recertify distribution staff, ensuring accuracy in order and inventory. The role reports to the area Coach and supports SOP audits and safety programs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. 2nd shift flexibility and forklift trainer preference are noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interact with all levels of management and associates.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Assist in initial training, certification, and recertification of new hires and contingent workers.
• Document findings and provide feedback to the area Coach.
• Audit SOP documentation for accuracy and support process improvements.
• Support facility programs such as Quality Audit, Housekeeping, Safety.
