Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Distribution Team Lead for 2nd shift in Neosho, MO. You will oversee daily operations in the distribution center and lead a team, ensuring accurate processing and task completion under the supervision of the Operations/Department Manager.

You will coordinate with the supervisor, assign work, and delegate tasks while maintaining safety and efficiency. Prior forklift and WMS experience is preferred and overtime may be required.
