Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for the 2nd shift (11:30am - 9:00pm) in Orlando. You will supervise teams handling receiving, storage, packing and shipping of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and safety while maintaining required documentation.

You will lead and develop the team, resolve shipping issues, and perform managerial duties at least half the time. A high school diploma and 5+ years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in shipping/receiving.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise or materials.
• Maintain files and documentation; support product verification, packing and loading.
• Ensure employee safety and company policy compliance.
• Resolve problems such as damaged goods or shipping errors.
• Select, train and develop teams.
• Perform managerial responsibilities at least 50% of the time.
