Job summary

Ideal Tridon in Ocala, FL is seeking a Shipping Clerk on 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am) to join our shipping/warehousing team. This full-time role entails coordinating shipments, preparing labels, and ensuring accuracy of paperwork while meeting quality and delivery standards.

You will operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks, review receiving documentation, and communicate with management to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience valued.
• 2–3 years of related inventory/shipping experience preferred.
• Forklift, carts and handtruck training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to manufacturing operations for shipping products and ensure delivery standards.
• Coordinate team tasks to ship/warehouse and verify paperwork.
• Use UPS/FedEx software to send shipments.
• Operate equipment including forklift and hand trucks.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain logs.
• Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.
