Job summary

FSSI East in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Operations Support on the 2nd shift to assist warehouse operations and drive daily deliveries. You will prepare pallets, handle mail and material transport, and aid with warehouse upkeep; forklift experience may be required.

The role requires a valid Class E Florida driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to work 10+ hour days, with overtime and weekend shifts during peak cycles. ESOP benefits and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years driving experience with clean record; valid license required.
• Class E Florida driver license and personal auto insurance required.
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Mailing, Custom Insert, Digital Printing Services, and Quality Assurance.
• Move stock from warehouse to assigned locations.
• Warehouse shipping and receiving duties.
• Travel to/from Post Office to deliver mail.
• Daily production/warehouse cleanup and inventory cycle counts.
• Copying and scanning of documentation; report unsafe conditions.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
